New Guitar Heads

We had some new amp heads arrive as well as a 1973 P Bass(which Andrew couldn’t resist having a flang) – Firstly a Hand wired (made in Melbourne) Ulbrick DV Custom 50watt and secondly a VHT D50 Dumble clone. We compared them through one of the studio’s Marshall 4 x 12″ quads and both sounded brilliant. We particularly liked the switchable rectifier on the Ulbrick and the footswitch set up on the VHT.
