Reslos

DGs now owns 2 very famous vintage 1960’s ribbon mics as used by the Beatles both live(pic below from 1961) and in the studio. These Reslo ‘RB’ Ribbons and their distinctive silvery 60’s looking finish are great on a range of sources from drums to brass and give that authentic retro sound. A young band recently used them for harmonies to recreate the beatles-esque abbey road retro vinyl backing vocal sound

And yes heres the Fab Four(actually the fab 3 as its so early on Ringo had’nt joined so that would be a young Pete Best behind the kit) using the same model RB Reslo’s live at the Cavern Liverpool 1961.
