Silverchair’s Ben Gillies Rocks DG’s

We can’t disclose too much of what was going on just yet- seeing Ben in the studio certainly created some frantic buzz with the fans – but suffice to say Ben came in with engineer Anton Hagop (who engineered the ‘Chair’s album Diorama) and spent a good long day working up a bunch of drums with Ben’s brilliant Custom made ‘Le Soprano’ kit. Murray Dilger was dg’s pro tools engineer and assisted Anton. Marshall Cullen oversaw the audio set up, mic lines and patch. Ben said – ‘Great Fun, Great day, i was wrecked when i finally got home’

Anton said – ‘Thanks for having us, it was loud and fun and no one got hurt!’
