Central Coast guitarist and songwriter Joel Leggett brought in a bunch of friends from various other local bands to work on solo material.
This was one of the projects while Andrew Beck was away for upcoming engineer Murray Dilger to take full advantage of the studio – it was a killer session with great players and a whole range of studio equipment to try out on different sounds and sources.
One of the backline choices the guys wanted to try and loved was the 1971 Acetone Guitar Amp (pictured) this was the forerunner of the Roland JC120 and easily outperforms it (we think) and the boys agreed. Other units included the Leslie cabinet on 12 string guitar and of course the always popular Ludwig 1960s drum kit. See more equipment here.
