Adam Harvey and Beccy Cole

The ABC needed a handy Central Coast location to record vocals for Beccy Cole and Adam Harvey’s duet for the upcoming ‘ABC90celebrate’ documentary. Robert C Morton plus a full ABC film crew rolled in to shoot the proceedings. Andrew Beck engineered and with the vocal mics having to be dynamic because of the duet closeness required for filming choice units were the ‘Stevie Nicks’ Sennheiser MD441 for Beccy and the ‘Phil Colins’ Beyer M88 for Adam. Everyone said ‘if those mics worked for those two folks we think it will be ok in this instance’. And sure enough the ABC sound team were very happy when the files made it back to HQ.
