Sydney Band Brother Mine session drums

For their recent 2022 trip to lay more drums with Evan, a combination of our Ludwig 1960’s Ringo kit and Evan’s own high quality bits and pieces were used on the session engineered again by Andrew Beck.

Previously known as Dropmotive and a frequent user of DG’s back in Balmain this band has come of age and is now known as Brother Mine. In order to put the best possible slant on their new songs the boys booked DG’s for two days along with local session drummer extraordinaire Evan Mannell (Angus and Julia, Paul Kelly, Luke Escombe) and many more. Evan loves our Ludwig kit and also brought his own Tama Kick Drum for a different feel to suit the band’s style. Andrew Beck engineered.
